IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR VISITING POPPODIUM BOERDERIJ?
There is no minimum age for attending concerts, unless otherwise stated on the event page of our website. However, visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

ARE THERE ANY SEATS AVAILABLE?
Poppodium Boerderij is a standing music venue and does not have seating in the concert hall. As an alternative, concerts are broadcast live on screens in the venue café. The venue café has plenty of seating, allowing visitors to watch the show while seated.

CAN I ENTER WITH MY (ELECTRIC) WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER?
Visitors using a manual or electric wheelchair are, of course, welcome at Poppodium Boerderij. However, a wheelchair ticket is required for entry, which also applies to visitors with a walker. The wheelchair ticket is available for purchase like a regular ticket and provides access to a specially designated area suitable for wheelchair users. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a wheelchair ticket.
The companion of a visitor in a wheelchair must always have a valid regular ticket. The companion may remain standing next to the person in the wheelchair in the designated wheelchair area. There is no separate or free companion ticket available.
We advise visitors to contact us in advance if in doubt, so we can discuss the possibilities together.

CAN I ENTER WITH MY MOBILITY SCOOTER?
Mobility scooters are not allowed inside Poppodium Boerderij. This applies to the entire building. This policy is based on practical limitations of the building and safety reasons, including circulation, fire safety, and evacuation. We understand this may be disappointing for some visitors, but this measure is necessary to ensure the safety of all visitors.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY OWN CHAIR OR STOOL?
Chairs or other objects to sit on (perching sticks, folding chairs, stools, bar stools, etc.) are strictly not allowed in the concert hall. This policy is in place for safety reasons, such as keeping emergency exits clear and preventing obstacles in a crowded venue.

I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING, WHAT CAN I DO?
Visitors who have difficulty walking but do not use a wheelchair can contact Poppodium Boerderij in advance by phone at 079-3211012 or via email at info@boerderij.org. There are very limited seats available – a maximum of six – for visitors who have difficulty walking. These seats are only available by reservation. Once all seats are reserved, unfortunately, we cannot offer additional places. We recommend contacting us as early as possible, preferably immediately after purchasing your ticket.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?
The elevator at Poppodium Boerderij is unfortunately not freely accessible to visitors. Our staff, identifiable by a crew shirt, are happy to assist visitors in a wheelchair or those with difficulty walking with using the elevator. Assistance is available to the venue café, the concert hall (when a wheelchair mat is present), or the wheelchair platform on the balcony when it is open. We ask visitors to report to our staff upon arrival so they can guide you along the correct route.

CAN MY ASSISTANCE DOG COME INSIDE?
An officially trained assistance dog, such as a guide dog for the blind, is allowed at a concert, provided the dog is registered in advance. This can be done by phone at 079-3211012 or via info@boerderij.org. When registering, we ask for the visitor’s name, the dog’s name, and the name of the organization that owns the dog.

HIDDEN DISABILITIES SUNFLOWER
Worldwide, one in six people lives with a disability. This may be temporary, situational, or permanent, and neurological, physical, visual, or auditory, or a combination thereof. Moreover, not all disabilities are visible. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally recognized symbol and tool that lets others know you have an invisible disability and may need a little extra understanding, help, or time. Visitors who carry this Sunflower are given that extra support so they can fully enjoy live music with us. Poppodium Boerderij is part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network. The sunflower lanyard is available at our box office.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY?
We find it important to work with our visitors to find suitable solutions. If you have questions about accessibility, mobility, or are unsure whether a concert is suitable for you, please contact us in advance by phone at 079-3211012 or email info@boerderij.org. This allows us to provide clarity beforehand and prevent disappointments at the door.
