IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR VISITING POPPODIUM BOERDERIJ?
There is no minimum age for attending concerts, unless otherwise stated on the event page on our website. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
ARE SEATS AVAILABLE?
Poppodium Boerderij is a standing concert venue and there are no seats in the concert hall. As an alternative, concerts are shown live on the screen in the Podiumcafé. The café has plenty of seating, allowing visitors to watch the show while seated.
CAN I ENTER WITH MY (ELECTRIC) WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER?
Visitors using a wheelchair or walker are welcome at Poppodium Boerderij. However, a **wheelchair ticket is mandatory**. This ticket provides access to a designated area. Unfortunately, entry cannot be guaranteed without a wheelchair ticket. Companions must have their own valid regular ticket and may stand alongside the wheelchair user in the designated wheelchair area. There is no separate or free companion ticket available. If you have any questions or are unsure about the available facilities, please feel free to contact us in advance.
CAN I ENTER WITH MY MOBILITY SCOOTER?
Mobility scooters are not permitted anywhere inside Poppodium Boerderij. This policy is due to the practical limitations of the building and safety considerations, including access flow, fire safety and evacuation procedures. We understand that this may be disappointing for some visitors, but this measure is necessary to ensure everyone's safety.
DO YOU HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY BUT DO NOT USE A WHEELCHAIR?
Walking sticks and crutches are permitted in the concert hall. Chairs and other seating aids, such as walking stick seats, folding chairs, stools and bar stools, are not allowed. This policy is in place for the safety of all visitors, including keeping evacuation routes clear and preventing obstacles in a crowded venue.
Six seats are available for visitors with limited mobility. These seats must be reserved in advance. As availability is limited, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, preferably before purchasing your ticket.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR?
The elevator at Poppodium Boerderij is not freely accessible to visitors. Our staff members, identifiable by their crew shirts, will be happy to assist wheelchair users and visitors with limited mobility in using the elevator.
Assistance is available to the Podiumcafé, to the concert hall when a wheelchair mat is in place, or to the wheelchair platform on the balcony when it is open. Please notify a member of staff upon arrival so they can assist you and guide you along the appropriate route.
CAN I BRING MY ASSISTANCE DOG?
An officially trained assistance dog, such as a guide dog for the blind, may accompany you to a concert, provided the dog has been registered in advance.

Not all disabilities are visible. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is an internationally recognised symbol that allows people with a hidden disability to indicate that they may need a little extra understanding, assistance or time. Poppodium Boerderij is part of the Sunflower network, helping visitors with hidden disabilities enjoy live music as comfortably as possible. Sunflower lanyards are available at our box office.
