accesibility

Is there a minimum required age when visiting Poppodium Boerderij?

There is no minimum age for access to concerts, unless stated otherwise on the program page on our website. However, for visitors under the age of 16, adult supervision is required.

Is Poppodium Boerderij accessible for the disabled?

The entrance, cloakroom, the Podiumcafé and the hall are easily accessible and safe with a wheelchair. The building has a suitably-adapted toilet and there is an elevator present. A limited number of wheelchair tickets are available for concerts in the CreativeColors hall. If you arrive with a wheelchair or a walker (rollator) and are not in possession of a wheelchair ticket, then, for security reasons we cannot grant access, unfortunately. Therefore, make sure that you purchase your wheelchair ticket in time. Any accompanying persons must be in possession of a valid standard ticket at all times (not a wheelchair ticket).

Are there any seats available at Poppodium Boerderij?

All tickets on sale are standing only/general admission, unless specifically stated otherwise. Are you injured, pregnant, or do you have another reason that prevents you from standing for long periods of time? Send an email to info@boerderij.org. We can not guarantee a seat, but the sooner you contact us to check, the bigger the chance  that there will be a seat available. We advise you to check well in advance of the concert, or even before you purchase the ticket. Chairs or other objects on which one can sit (perches, folding chairs, crutches, mobility scooters and the like) are not allowed inside the hall. For walkers (rollators), you also need a wheelchair ticket (as mentioned above). Walking sticks are allowed.

Can I bring my assistance dog inside?

An officially trained assistance dog (such as a guide dog for the blind) may accompany you to a concert, if the dog has been registered in advance. This can be done by telephone at 079-3211012 or via info@boerderij.org. When registering, we ask for your name, the name of the dog and the name of the foundation that owns the dog.
