The only way to bring your band to the attention of the programmer is by emailing programma@boerderij.org. If you do call anyway, we will always ask you to send the band information by email.

A few tips:

Less is more.
Send links instead of large attachments. Let us know who you are, what kind of music you make (originals? cover band?), and mention your most important achievements. Think highlights—not your full bio.

Don’t take it personally if it takes a while to hear back.
Unfortunately, we can’t reply to every request. If you haven’t heard anything after a few weeks, feel free to send a polite follow-up. If there’s still no response, assume there’s no interest. That says nothing about you as a band—just something about the genres we focus on and the availability in our calendar.
