Keyboardist Adam Holzman was a member of the Miles Davis Band in the 1980s. He performed with the trumpet legend in more than 200 concerts around the world and can be heard on many of Miles' albums. Adam also performed with Grover Washington, Jr., Wayne Shorter, Chaka Khan, Steps Ahead, Wallace Roney and Michel Petrucciani. In recent years he has also been successful in the progrock genre. As a member of the Steven Wilson live band, Adam played keys on all of Steven Wilson's solo albums and concert tours so far.
Adam has released 10 albums as a solo artist and with his band, Adam Holzman & Brave New World. The most recent CD entitled "Truth Decay" (2018) is a must-have for progressive rock and jazz rock fans. The album received great reviews and was selected as one of the top albums of 2018 by John Kelman from All About Jazz. Adam has been nominated and distinguished several times in the jazz world, but his talent is now widely appreciated and recognized. In recent years he scored high in the category 'Best Keyboard Player' in the polls of Classic Rock/Prog Magazine.
