Delta Sleep set out to push the boundaries of math rock 13 years ago. And this Canterbury quartet still does so. They constantly surprise their listeners by renewing and perfecting their sound. Latest album Spring Island has themes such as global warming and the effects humans have on the world. It is a concept album in typical Delta Sleep terms: gloomy lyrics on dizzying, complex and overwhelming music. For Delta Sleep, this album is the highlight of years.

With their love for punk rock and everything that sounds interesting, half Amsterdam, half The Hague pop rock band puts together an energetic, loud, emotional and bombastic melodic sound. Earlier this summer, they already found themselves on stage at our Podiumcafé as part of Riot Farm. Delta Sleep is their great example so they are looking forward to it!
