This fan day consists of a meeting, followed by a performance by The RUSHians.
During the meeting you can meet other Rush fans and you can participate in a quiz, videos will be shown and we will have a book stand. Rush tribute band The RUSHians will play songs from Rush's entire oeuvre. They see it as their musical task to keep Rush alive on stage.
The legendary Canadian rock band Rush has toured almost annually since the 1970s and regularly visited the Netherlands. The band has a large and loyal fan base all over the world and many rock musicians are inspired by this band because of their great musical quality. This also applies to The RUSHians, who, from 2016, perform the music of Rush with conviction. The band consists of singer Erik Masselink, guitarist Ronald Ten Bos, bassist Paul van Stapele, keyboardist Martin Platenkamp and drummer Richard Zopfi.
