Australian artpop artist Ebony Buckle returns to De Boerderij, for the first time with a full band. Buckle is not a standard artist and is absolutely unique in her style.
In 2024, Ebony Buckle released her second album, Hearts Get Started. This album is an adventure because of her musical development in the four years leading up to its release. The album is both the prequel and the follow-up to her debut album, Disco Lasers. Buckle is now taking this album on tour with a full band. Her songs are full of stories of magic and symbolism; reminiscent of strong female artists like Anneke van Giersbergen, Regina Spektor, Imogen Heap, and Kate Bush, who have forged their own paths in the music industry.
