Imperial Age combines powerful metal with epic orchestrations and themes inspired by ancient civilizations, mythology and freedom. They describe their music as Atlantean Metal, with a thematic emphasis on the lost civilization of Atlantis.
Their latest single Gnosis was released in September 2024. The song marks a new musical direction for the band, with heavier and more complex elements than ever before. Super-fast drum patterns, tuned-down guitars, epic orchestrations and experimental vocal techniques, including growls from Jane Odintsova and high-pitched notes from Aor. The song is the first release with their renewed line-up and highlights the transformation of their style by mixing classic and modern metal.
