Kristoffer Gildenlöw & A Liquid Landscape

Double Album Release

Kristoffer Gildenlöw & A Liquid Landscape

Two album releases in one night: both A Liquid Landscape and Kristoffer Gildenlöw will perform a full set in this double headliner and showcase their new albums!

A Liquid Landscape – Rogue Planet
After a hiatus of nearly a decade, A Liquid Landscape return with new music. Their third studio album, Rogue Planet, is scheduled for release in 2026 via Glassville Records. Musically, it continues the art rock blend the band is known for, while leaning more heavily into the alternative rock sound of the late nineties and early 2000s.
The astronomical term “rogue planet” refers to a free-floating planet that is not gravitationally bound to a star. In the context of the album, it serves as social commentary on the current state of civilization. The world is literally at our fingertips, yet there is a global sense of disconnection. The album is a warning, a flirtation with doom, and a glimmer of hope for the disillusioned.

Kristoffer Gildenlöw – [Humanised]
Swedish-born Kristoffer Gildenlöw began his career as bassist for Pain of Salvation, where he spent a decade and gained international recognition within the progressive metal scene. After relocating to the Netherlands, he became a sought-after session musician, both live and in the studio, collaborating with artists such as Neal Morse, Damian Wilson, Lana Lane and Kayak. With the art rock project DIAL, founded together with his wife Lilo, he began writing his own music and laid the foundation for his solo career. His solo work is characterized by a melodic and atmospheric approach in which emotion and thematic depth take center stage, blending influences from prog, rock, and metal.
With his new album [Humanised], scheduled for release on 29 May 2026, he continues this musical development. The record promises a dynamic and layered mix of styles, once again revealing the heavier edge of his musical past.
