Guitar superstar Lari Basilio is praised for her melodic playing and exceptional technique. Lari, who names Andy Timmons and Paul Gilbert among her main influences, is therefore one of the most exciting names in instrumental music today.
Born into a musical family in São Paulo, Brazil, she fell in love with the guitar at a very young age. Her talent has already put her on the same stage as Keb 'Mo' and Quinn Sullivan (Samsung Best of Blues Festival) and she was invited by Joe Satriani to be part of the G4 Experience in 2019. Moreover, this lady has a guitar bearing her name: one of the most successful signature models from Ibanez, next to those of Steve Vai and Joe Satriani, is her LB1. On her most recent album Your Love (Aug. 2022) Lari once again collaborates with Vinnie Colaiuta, known for Frank Zappa, Joni Mitchell and Sting, among others, bassists Leland Sklar (James Taylor, Phil Collins, Toto) and Sean Hurley (Paul Stanley's Soul Station) and keyboardist Ester Na. With Poliana Magalhaes on bass and Lucas Bidran on drums.
