Myrath is a unique metal band with roots in France and Tunisia, known for their powerful blend of metal and Eastern influences. Their signature sound — described by fans as Blazing Desert Metal — combines razor-sharp riffs, cinematic orchestrations, and elements from African, Indian, and European music into a captivating and distinctive style.
Myrath’s story is one of perseverance. During the Tunisian revolution, the band worked on Tales of the Sands (2011), the album that marked their international breakthrough. Since then, they have performed on major stages worldwide, from European festivals to Japan and the Americas. In 2022, they reached millions of viewers with a performance at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. With Karma (2024), they delivered a bombastic, arena-ready album that reaffirmed their innovative direction. A new and ambitious album is scheduled for 2026, including a special duet with Elize Ryd (Amaranthe). Myrath proves that music rooted in identity and culture can effortlessly transcend borders.
