RanestRane brings Nosferatu back to life!
Prepare yourself for a one-of-a-kind concert experience: the Italian prog rock band RanestRane immerses you in a captivating blend of film and live music. This May, the master musicians release a special vinyl edition of Nosferatu il Vampiro and to celebrate, they will perform the work live in its entirety for the first time in 15 years! As a bonus, audiences will also get a first glimpse of their next ambitious project: The Elephant Man.

RanestRane is renowned for their unique style, combining live (prog) rock with legendary film scenes. With their CineConcerto shows, they’ve built a strong reputation within the progressive rock scene, as shown by their collaborations with Steve Rothery and Steve Hogarth of Marillion. Inspired by Werner Herzog’s haunting version of Nosferatu - featuring Klaus Kinski, Isabelle Adjani, and Bruno Ganz - the band pays tribute to both this cult classic and F.W. Murnau’s iconic original. Director Robert Eggers also recently drew inspiration from this dark masterpiece. Take your seat, and let yourself be swept away by this truly singular performance.
