Regressive Hypnosis returns to the Boerderij with The Octavarium Concept 2.0! Get ready for an evening of Dream Theater like you’ve never experienced it before. Dutch tribute band Regressive Hypnosis returns to the Boerderij for the third time with the all-new The Octavarium Concept 2.0. Inspired by Dream Theater’s iconic 2005 album Octavarium, the show takes the audience on a musical journey through a complete octave, from F to F. Each song is performed in a progressively higher key, creating a unique musical flow that connects the entire set.
In October 2025, the band premiered this concept at the Boerderij. For this 2.0 edition, Regressive Hypnosis once again challenges itself to dive deep into Dream Theater’s extensive catalogue, fitting many new songs into the octave. From well-known favourites to surprising choices, Regressive Hypnosis explores the band’s repertoire and turns it into a night for anyone who loves powerful, complex and above all great progressive music.
