Rendezvous Point
Founded in 2010 from the shared passion of five Norwegian students for progressive metal, Rendezvous Point is known for their powerful rhythms, breathtaking melodies and deeply atmospheric sounds. Their debut album Solar Storm set the tone, followed by Universal Chaos, in which they delved even further into themes of existential reflection. With their latest album, Dream Chaser, the band continues to push their artistic boundaries. The band consists of some of the most talented musicians in the prog metal scene, including virtuoso drummer Baard Kolstad (of Leprous fame), vocalist Geirmund Hansen, guitarist Petter Hallaråker, keyboardist Nicolay Svennæs and bassist Gunn-Hilde Erstad Haugen.
TEMIC
Next to Rendezvous Point is TEMIC, a rising force in the progressive rock/metal world. TEMIC was founded by keyboardist Diego Tejeida (ex-Haken, Devin Townsend) and guitarist Eric Gillette (The Neal Morse Band). After years of separate projects, the pandemic gave them the opportunity to combine their creative forces, resulting in a unique musical chemistry. With the addition of drummer Simen Sandnes (SHINING) and vocalist Fredrik Bergersen Klemp (Maraton), TEMIC found its definitive form. Their debut album, Terror Management Theory (2023), marks the beginning of their promising journey. Latest addition to the band is bassist Miguel Pereira.
