With more than six decades of hits, sold-out tours and an undeniable impact on rock music, Slade ranks among the greatest British bands of all time. The glam rock icons scored no fewer than 23 Top 20 singles, including six number-one hits, and won fans around the world with classics such as Cum on Feel the Noize, Far Far Away, Coz I Luv You, Mama Weer All Crazee Now and Merry Xmas Everybody.
Since their breakthrough in the early 1970s, Slade became one of Europe’s most successful live acts. Their energetic performances, irresistible sing-along anthems and unmistakable rock ’n’ roll sound made them the soundtrack of a generation. The band remained a major force throughout the 1980s with hits such as We’ll Bring the House Down and My Oh My, while their music reached a whole new audience through successful covers by bands including Quiet Riot.
Today, founding member and guitarist Dave Hill keeps the legendary name alive with Dave Hill’s SLADE. Joined by John Berry, Russell Keefe and Alex Bines, he continues to bring these timeless songs to audiences around the world. In 2026, Dave Hill celebrates his 80th birthday, but there is no sign of slowing down. Audiences can look forward to an evening packed with classic hits, nostalgia and an electrifying rock show from a band that continues to prove why Slade remains one of the true giants of British rock history.
