These Wicked Rivers is returning to De Boerderij for the release of their third album, Fire and Folklore! The English band is part of the modern wave of rock ’n’ roll sweeping across the United Kingdom. Their explosive live shows, packed with raw energy and soul, are coming back to the Netherlands.
These Wicked Rivers draws influence from rock legends and blues icons like Black Stone Cherry and Rival Sons. Since their formation in 2014, they’ve made a significant impact with their unique, blues-infused modern rock. Rooted in the 60s and 70s, their heavy rock gets a delicious Southern twist. Following the success of their second album, Force of Nature, we can look forward to their new album, Fire and Folklore, releasing October 2.

Straight from the north of the Netherlands, Toscan’s Brew delivers an energetic mix of blues and funk, with influences from jazz, soul and Afrobeat. Toscan comes from a musical family and continues that tradition with songs built around groove and interplay, with a clear nod to the sound of the mid-’60s to early ’70s. The band recently recorded their first EP, Groove On Tap — a collection of songs with the atmosphere of the blues clubs your parents used to tell you about.
