Sunday, January 12, is the day to experience the culture and culinary surprises of Zoetermeer in a whole new way.
During Zoetermeer Backstage, you'll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the city's cultural institutions. Participating venues include Stadstheater, CKC & partners, the National Videogame Museum, Kunstgarage Franx, Bibliotheek Zoetermeer, Kick’n Studios, MusicSoulHouse and Poppodium Boerderij.
At Poppodium Boerderij, you can take a guided tour of the venue. Step backstage and experience what it's like to attend a sold-out show through the VR Experience. Hear from our volunteers about what it's like to work at a live music venue, enjoy a drink in our Podium Café, listen to live music, and check out the My Cup of Vinyl stand, where you can browse band merchandise and records.

Starting at 17:00, you can visit Brasserie 1640 for a special 3-course backstage menu for €29.50. It's just a short walk from Poppodium Boerderij!
Whether you’re curious about what happens behind the scenes at the Stadstheater, eager to learn how a music venue is prepped for a major concert, or interested in the games featured at the National Videogame Museum, this is your chance to experience culture in a whole new way.
To make it even more fun, visitors receive an exclusive Backstage Pass to collect stamps at the various locations. Those with at least three stamps will have the chance to win an exciting prize!
