Poppodium Boerderij would not be able to organize so many concerts without the help of enthusiastic volunteers. There are several working groups for you to join. Volunteer stage hand (artist support officer)
The artist is accompanied from arrival to departure. By continuing to communicate well with various parties, the artist support officer knows everything that is important about the artist and the specific production. The artist support officer is communicative and flexible, but he certainly also has the ability to act decisively without disturbing the atmosphere. He/she is careful and punctual. With people knowledge and a flexible attitude, the stage hand knows how to enthuse and motivate everyone. A good physical condition is required for assembly and disassembly of equipment. Knowledge of building a backline is a plus. Keep in mind that you often have to be there early.
